As a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will undertake several vital responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to determine client needs and eligibility for services.
• Creating personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based methodologies tailored to each individual’s unique challenges.
• Administering various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused modalities.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational guidelines.
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinicians to provide holistic and coordinated care.
• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to continually enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Educating patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatments, and accessing community resources.
• Staying informed on the latest research and developments in mental health to implement best practices in client interactions.
• Managing a full caseload, ensuring that all treatment objectives are met in a timely, ethical, and effective manner.

Congruent Psychiatric Services offers a competitive salary in the range of $70,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
