Segal Trials is one of the few private research sites in the U.S. selected to conduct FDA-regulated clinical trials involving psychedelic compounds for mental health conditions. Recognized as a gold-standard research center, we are advancing the future of evidence-based psychedelic care through rigorous science, ethical practice, and compassionate participant support.


We are seeking an experienced Lead Psychedelic Facilitator to provide clinical and operational leadership across psychedelic and cannabis research trials. This role uniquely blends therapeutic presence, research rigor, and program development within a highly regulated clinical research environment.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Facilitate preparatory, dosing, and post-dosing integration sessions in alignment with study protocols
  • Ensure participant safety, data integrity, and adherence to GCP/GDP standards
  • Provide oversight of facilitator staffing, training, mock sessions, and ongoing performance evaluation
  • Work closely with investigators, study coordinators, raters, regulatory teams, and sponsors
  • Support program growth, sponsor engagement, recruitment efforts, and select public-facing initiatives

Who You Are

  • Psychiatric NP or PA
  • Highly experienced in working with altered states of consciousness, including preparation and integration
  • Prior psychiatric clinical research experience preferred
  • Psychedelic dosing session experience strongly desired
