• Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy services to a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that facilitate meaningful progress.
• Deliver therapy through various modalities, including individual therapy, couples counseling, and family sessions, tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
• Collaborate with clients to establish treatment goals and regularly monitor and adjust plans to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in adherence to regulatory guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Utilize our integrated technology platform for seamless scheduling, documentation, and communication with clients.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, allowing for independent practice as authorized by the State Board.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of demonstrated experience in a clinical setting, with a proven track record of successfully providing therapy to diverse populations. Specialized training or certifications in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or similar methodologies may be advantageous.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a financial remuneration, we provide a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 as a warm welcome to our team.
