  • Support trauma, stroke, and cardiac stabilization workflows in a Level IV trauma setting
  • Respond to Code Blue, Rapid Response, and massive transfusion situations as assigned
  • Collaborate with respiratory therapy, radiology, pharmacy, social services, interpretation services, and unit support staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
  • Adapt quickly to changing patient arrival patterns and evolving unit needs
  • Complete required orientation, education, and competency requirements within established timelines
