Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring travel experience and a TX or compact RN license.

Details
  • Emergency Department (ER) setting
  • 13-week assignment
  • Day shift schedule, 4x12 hours (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
  • Preferred charting system experience, though any system accepted
Requirements
  • Active TX or compact RN license currently in hand
  • Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required
  • CPI, NRP, PALS, and TNCC certifications preferred
  • Prior travel nursing experience required
Additional Information
  • Facility conducts its own mandatory drug screening upon arrival, including marijuana testing, with automatic cancellation for positive results
  • Candidates should avoid any substances that could result in a positive drug screen, including CBD products, prior to and after arrival onsite
  • Must reside outside a 110-mile radius of the facility as local candidates are not accepted
  • Two professional references from supervisors within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration
