Job description

Long standing (28 years) and reputable for-profit large group mental health practice in southern Maryland recruiting qualified licensed clinical psychologists seeking independent and rewarding psychotherapy and evaluation work, full or part time. A very collegial atmosphere among practitioners and administrative staff.

We welcome psychology associates in MD who are interested in free supervision while being paid on their path to full licensing as a psychologist.

Paperless office using a cloud-based, HIPAA compliant, top-of-the-line, intuitive system that incorporates clinical notes, scheduling, and billing features, at no cost to the practitioner. Malpractice insurance provided at no cost for work at the practice. All insurance credentialing and re-credentialing processing provided at no cost. Monthly stipend of $250 for full time practitioners who do not already have access to a group health insurance plan.

Set your own schedule. Choose your own clients. Choose your own theoretical approach. Choose in-person work at our Waldorf, MD office or virtual work from anywhere - must have the requisite state and inter-state licensing.

Twice-a-month pay based on a competitive commission rate that increases as your annual cumulative volume of work increases (60% - 76%). Option to financially invest in the company and share in the annual profit and overall ownership/management of the practice. Profit distributed to owners annually. Our 10-year profit has been 11% of total revenue.
