KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Workforce Planning for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities :
  • Participate in client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients in the following areas: talent development, talent performance, workforce design and architecture and workforce analytics
  • Work with cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation and project and financial management
  • Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources and training for workforce transformation efforts
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers and methodology guides
  • Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach

Qualifications :
  • Minimum three years of recent relevant work experience related to one or more of the following areas: Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; preferred two years of experience in advisory services within a major consulting firmBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field preferred
  • Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies and leading practices in the human capital space
  • Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines and lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy
