REQUIREMENTS: TWO YEAR ASSOCIATE DEGREE. CURRENT R.N. LICENSURE IN THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA. BLS. 1-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. PATIENT DATA, INCLUDING MEDICATIONS, ETC. CAPE TRAINING, EXPERIENCE IN PSYCHIATRIC CARE OF THE ADULT PATIENT.

JOB SUMMARY: THE ADULT PSYCH UNIT MANAGER WILL ENSURE THE PROVISION OF QUALITY PATIENT CARE IN THE MOST EFFICIENT MANNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH HOSPITAL POLICY; PROVIDES COORDINATION AND SUPERVISION OF UNIT STAFF. IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ONGOING, EFFECTIVE OPERATION OF ADULT PSYCH UNIT, AND FOR THE ONGOING ASSESSMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE DEPARTMENTS.  FUNCTIONS AS ADMINISTRATIVE REPRESENTATIVE.
