Job description

  • Administer all aspects of Resideoโ€™s global equity programs, including stock awards and the employee stock purchase program
  • Evaluate and improve stock administration processes, implement automated solutions, and hold service providers accountable
  • Maintain the equity award database and ensure transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Record equity awards, stock option exercises, terminations, and RSU releases
  • Ensure accurate tax withholding and reporting to payroll
  • Reconcile equity award data monthly across stock administration records, accounting, HR, payroll, and transfer agent systems
  • Ensure annual tax-authority reporting forms and year-end tax statements are accurately produced and timely filed or distributed
  • Work with auditors and Finance on quarterly reviews, year-end audits, and SOX compliance controls
  • Serve as primary contact for employee equity-program inquiries and transactions
  • Prepare training materials and train employees
  • Prepare business-partner reports and respond to ad-hoc data requests
  • Assist with equity-related exhibits for the Board and Compensation Committee
  • Audit bonus-plan eligibility records and prepare monthly bonus-plan accruals
  • Support annual compensation planning for bonus payments and LTI awards
  • Administer the recognition program, including budgets, monthly reporting, and failed-award processing
  • Provide data for SEC filings such as Form 4s and review drafts
  • Coordinate with external equity-plan providers, tax advisors, and transfer agents
Requirements
  • 8+ years in stock plan administration, with experience at a public company
  • Demonstrated ability administering global equity plans
  • Experience with an equity administration system such as ShareWorks, Equity Edge Online, or Fidelity PSW
  • Expertise in Employee Stock Purchase Plans
  • Experience reviewing Form 4s and 10b5-1 plans
  • Experience with granting and taxation of international equity
  • Working knowledge of SOX 404
  • Certified Equity Professional Designation valued
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex equity, payroll, HR, accounting, and tax data
  • Process improvement and workflow automation experience
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • High attention to detail and sound judgment when managing sensitive compensation data, executive-level reporting, internal controls, and compliance requirements
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship
