Job description

JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Field Coordinator will lead the daily activity assigned to Energy Assessors/Auditors for the PSE&G Weatherization Program. They will ensure high quality customer satisfaction is delivered on behalf of the client.


DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Distribute and review daily schedules: confirming customer names, addresses, routes, and alternative visits.
Ensure all scheduled appointments are fulfilled by tracking in real-time progress for all visits.
Make sure the Team has all tools and equipment needed to properly perform the home assessments.
Measure and monitor program quality assurance and time management of all assigned crews daily.
Handle all assigned customer complaints related to field activities.
Coach, advise, and mentor crews where appropriate.
Monitor and order inventory for field operations as needed.
Ensure the Assessors enter all relevant data and submit documentation on the day of their visits.
Review data daily for accuracy, especially data concerning time spent by the Assessors/Auditors.
Monitor employee scheduling and attendance, ensuring goals are met.
Making sure the Assessors/Auditors and vehicles are properly insured, up to date on emissions requirements, DOT requirements are satisfied, and the maintenance of the vehicle.
Work as a consultant as needed.
Performs related work as required.
SUPERVISION

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience in energy efficiency, weatherization, utilities, or homerepair programs

Experience working with lowincome communities or environmental justice populations.
Two (2) years prior supervisory experience
Able to work in fast-paced environment and hold to deadlines.
Problem-solver. Able to respond to diverse set of challenges in the field and meet project deliverables on schedule.
Ability to communicate effectively with subordinates, peers, supervision, and customers
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook)
Able to use mobile devices including laptop computers, notebooks.


Highly Desirable Qualifications:

Experience with software SNUGPRO, and Sightline.
