Job Summary
W e are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and technologically savvy PSD Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to management.
Job Description
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to management and leadership.
  • Type, format, proofread, and prepare formal letters, interoffice correspondence, reports, and miscellaneous documents.
  • Independently compose professional correspondence and responses to routine inquiries.
  • Answer telephone calls professionally and handle requests for information with a high level of service.
  • Arrange and coordinate business travel schedules, transportation, and reservations.
  • Coordinate meetings, office communications, and related administrative activities.
  • Schedule conference rooms and coordinate audio/visual equipment and other materials as needed.
  • Maintain organized records, schedules, and administrative documentation.
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and provide additional administrative support as needed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and office efficiency.
Skills Required
  • Strong typing and computer skills.
