Senior PERSEC Specialist
Overview:
TSA is currently seeking a Senior Personnel Security Specialist to support our NAVAIR customer in the DC Metro area.
Roles/Responsibilities:
This individual will provide personnel security support including clearance validation, access control, security file management, and processing of Program Access Requests.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in security management or related field.
Experience: Minimum 10+ years experience supporting personnel security programs in DoD environments.
Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance with SAP/SAR and SCI eligibility.
Baseline Certifications / Training:
  • SFPC or PSC
  • IS123.16 - Acquisitions and Contracting Basics in the NISP

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
