Job Overview

R.P. Marzilli & Company is an award-winning landscape contractor that builds and maintains ultra high-end landscapes in the Greater Boston, Cape and Islands, Rhode Island and Berkshires regions. We are dedicated landscape professionals who are committed to the industry.

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking additional Arborists to join our team. We are looking for multiple individuals at all skill levels to strengthen our Tree Care division.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform tree pruning techniques of trees and shrubs

  • Ornamental Pruning

  • Removals

  • Properly maintaining and operating equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts)

  • Implementing work zone safety procedures

  • A strong commitment to adhering to the safe workplace culture of R.P. Marzilli

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in ornamental pruning

  • Valid DL with clean driving record

  • Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including hedge trimmers

  • Willingness to work in all types of weather (heat, rain, cold)

  • Strong problem-solving skills
