The Role
We are seeking a Global Chief People & Culture Officer to own the enterprise people strategy and culture across every region. You will lead talent, organization, and culture end to end—building the leadership, capability, and engagement the company needs to scale.
What You’ll Do
● People Strategy: Own the global people strategy across talent, organization, and culture.
● Talent & Leadership: Lead talent acquisition, development, and succession enterprise-wide.
● Culture: Own and evolve the company's culture and employee experience.
● Organization Design: Lead organization design, effectiveness, and change.
● Total Rewards: Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy.
● Executive Alignment: Partner with the CEO and board on people, culture, and organization.
What We’re Looking For
● Experience: 15+ years in HR / people leadership, including senior enterprise ownership.
● People Command: Proven track record building talent, culture, and organization at scale.
● HR Expertise: Deep experience across talent, rewards, and organization design.
● Leadership: Experience building and leading global people organizations.
● Strategic: Ability to set people direction and make enterprise trade-offs.
● Executive Presence: Board- and investor-ready communication.
● Education: Bachelor's required; advanced degree or MBA strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $450,000 to $600,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
