Job description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own ZoomInfo's Provisioning & Access Management roadmap.You are collaborative and detail-oriented - your domain will sit at the nexus of numerous interdependent teams, processes, data models, and systems: Seller-led salesflows, PLG Self Service, Identity frameworks, and entitlement/tenant models. You have a strong track record of architecting and delivering enterprise-grade provisioning,fulfillment, and access control solutions at scale.

You will work closely with numerous teams across the organization to establish relationships, build and maintain alignment, and solve complex problems. To be successful, you must start from the customer and work backward to implement delightful experiences that are scalable and meet ZoomInfo's business objectives. You are a creative, customer-oriented product leader who can think big and dive deep.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead the development and execution of the Provisioning & Fulfillment product strategy and roadmap aligned to ZoomInfo's GTM strategy and how users utilize our products through permissioning and credit consumption.
  • Work towards integrating and simplifying complex back-office systems to create a more intuitive and reduce friction to support both Product and Sales led motions.
  • Deeply understand and synthesize complex data and technical problems into clear, actionable solutions that drive tangible customer and business value
  • Collaborate with customers, key stakeholders and executives to gather feedback and insights that will shape the roadmap and feature prioritization
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to test, learn and measure the success of Provisioning systems/sub-systems
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment and success
What You Bring:
  • You have 7+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent in a technical role and are comfortable setting a product strategy, managing a roadmap, and executing against it.
  • Define and own the product strategy for IAM, RBAC, and entitlements - covering both human identity and role-based access and machine/agent identity and access patterns.
  • Well versed in adjacent aspects related to B2B commerce e.g., sales motions, go-to-market, and product led growth.
  • Technical savvy and experience building highly reliable and scalable system solutions working with architects and developers. You have an eye to create usable components and create API work across disparate systems.
  • Knowledge of authorization, authentication, and/or identity.ย 
What Success Looks Like:
  • Extend the provisioning infrastructure to be scalable and stable as we support both traditional onboarding and product led growth self service models.
  • Partner with the PLG team to build solutions to enable our customers to easily self service the products we create.
  • Work with the Ecommerce team and traditional selling systems to create flow that enables both teams to be as successful.
  • Work with Product Managers to build features that can easily be packaged and sold.
Internal:ย  Key Initiatives this role will drive
  • Create a Just-in Time provisioning system to reduce friction for new user sign ups while ensuring users end up in the correct tenant.
  • Create a flexible Role Based Access Control system to allow customers to right size access each user while maintaining restrictions where it makes sense.
  • Migrate from our current seat-based licensing model to a consumption model with flex seats to enable Admins to manage users access but without being limited to purchasing seats.
  • Setup Org level permissions to allow Enterprise customers to easily and securely set and manage policy across all users.
  • Enable Enterprise customers to manage RBAC, credit limits, and privacy policy across their tenant at scale.
