GREAT OPPORTUNITY:

FamilyMenders, a DFCS contracted provider, has been providing services in the Northwest GA region for over 22 years. We have also been nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation since 2012. We are looking for a Care Manager to join the FamilyMenders Team to provide in-home counseling and assessment services to adult and child clients located across Northwest Georgia.

*Bilingual (Spanish/English) service providers needed

Job Type: Contract

Location: Northwest GA Counties

Education & Compensation:

Master's degree: in either counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, (or related field) and eligible for provisional/clinical licensure. (LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT)

Clinical Licensure: In possession of a provisional or clinical license. (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

** Clinical supervision and assistance with seeking Georgia State licensure are offered through FamilyMenders **

GEORGIA CLINICAL LICENSE (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Counseling: $50/hour and mileage

Assessments: Range $100-$450 Trauma assessment, Substance abuse assessment, Domestic violence/anger management assessment, Bonding Assessment, Parental fitness assessment: Comprehensive child and family assessment

GEORGIA PROVISIONAL LICENSE (LAPC, LAMFT, LMSW)

Counseling: $35/hour and mileage

Assessments: Range $80-$425 Trauma assessment, Substance abuse assessment, Domestic violence/anger management assessment, Bonding Assessment, Parental fitness assessment, Comprehensive child and family assessment

MASTERS DEGREE (license eligible):

Counseling: $30/hour and mileage

Assessments: Range $80-$400 - Trauma assessments, Substance abuse assessment, Domestic violence/anger management assessment, Bonding Assessment, Parental fitness assessment, Comprehensive child and family assessment.

Case Load Opportunity: Partial Case Load or Full Case Load

Schedule: Scheduling is flexible and based on your availability and the client's availability
