Provider Relations Representative

12-Month Contract | Remote (Nebraska)

Location: Remote within Nebraska

Training: One week of onsite training required before transitioning to a fully remote schedule.

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Provider Relations Representative to support dental network operations and serve as a key point of contact for providers. This role is responsible for managing provider communications, credentialing processes, contract maintenance, and provider data accuracy while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dental providers regarding participation status, credentialing, and contract-related inquiries.
  • Process new provider applications, credentialing requests, and provider record updates.
  • Respond to provider and member inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage provider-related workflows, including provider additions, terminations, fee schedule updates, and contract maintenance.
  • Review and submit audits while ensuring compliance with credentialing and documentation requirements.
  • Support assigned provider groups and manage ongoing communications and requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and network leasing partners to ensure accurate provider information and proper contract loading.
  • Investigate and assist in resolving provider and member concerns, escalating to Compliance when appropriate.
  • Participate in team meetings and stay informed on company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in provider relations, healthcare administration, credentialing, insurance operations, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.47 - $21.47/hr.
