Job description

What company will I be working for? You will be working for a national security services firm, providing cutting-edge services across DoD and other agencies. What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
What will I be doing? You will support providing Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) and limited non-A&AS support and expertise to assist the Standoff Munitions Application Center (SMAC) component of Joint-Global Strike Operations Center (J-GSOC) forces at Barksdale AFB, LA, along with other areas/locations CONUS and OCONUS, including deployed locations. In this role, you will:
  • Assist with researching, developing, analyzing, and reporting friendly and adversary systems/tactics, capabilities, and mission planning products to support standoff weapons planning
  • Understanding and able to perform network reconstruction on the links and nodes of the IADS
  • Assist with IPOE to catalog and report information necessary for inclusion into successful standoff integration planning efforts
  • Coordinate with all echelons of DoD and the Intelligence Community to develop organizational relationships, facilitate research, gather mission planning data and create assessment supporting collection plans
  • Coordinate with targeting agencies to ensure that all targeting products are complete, accurate, current and consistent with directed effects
  • Provide on-site Intelligence SME advice and assistance to areas of influence that support the standoff weapons integration mission set (i.e.: targeting process, OPLAN development, threat disposition and tracking, common operating picture systems, collaborative mission planning suites, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned

What experience, training, and education do I need?
You must meet the minimum requirements:
  • AS or BS in Technical, Engineering, Military Science, or Intelligence-related field plus 6 yrs of military intelligence experience,
  • OR 8 yrs of military intelligence experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience analyzing COMINT, MASINT, IMINT, and SIGINT, & supporting military tactical aircraft mission planning
  • Experience assessing adversary C2 capabilities and integrating the Joint Targeting process into mission planning and target product maintenance
  • Familiarity with J2 Command entities in joint operations and evaluations, including training in intelligence support for mission planning and knowledge of joint and service ISR capabilities
  • Successfully completed a service intelligence course
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance

The following is preferred:
  • Operational experience in Joint Staff, Air Staff, MAJCOM, or NAF Staff
  • Fundamental understanding of the IADS and IADS analysis, Mission Planning Combat Operations Experience, and experience working with air crew
