Contract Management is responsible for the development and execution of contract strategy and execution for customers within Johnson & Johnson MedTech Cardiovascular sector. Contract Management includes the development and delivery of Contracting Strategies (contracting options / parameters by customer segment), Customer Analytics (preparation of customer-ready analytics and materials for the field to support customer updates and negotiations), Contract Administration (Contract executing, loading, and tracking compliance) and CPC governance (rules and processes for approving deal exceptions). The Contracting group works in close collaboration with the field to put together the most appropriate offering (products, pricing, solutions, and T&Cs) for the customer as possible while still supporting the objectives and strategies of the business.

The Senior Analyst, Pricing Contract Management plays a critical role in the development, review, implementation, and management of commercial contracts supporting U.S. customer-facing teams. Contract types include Disposable Pricing Agreements, Product Agreements, Rebate Agreements, Notices, Amendments and other commercial arrangements for IDNs, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers. The role also supports pricing requests, pricing initiatives, marketing promotions and programs, and ensures accurate system data management and integrity.

The Senior Analyst, Pricing Contract Management is an experienced individual contributor working under moderate supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Review contract requests and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop offers aligned with customer requirements and commercial strategy, ensuring adherence to internal audit and approval workflows
  • Evaluate CPC pricing delegation submissions and document associated internal review and approval processes
  • Maintain and manage the Contract Pricing Committee (CPC) pricing delegation matrix, providing recommendations for updates based on recurring business exceptions and trends
  • Support the design and implementation of the CPC Automation tool utilizing Microsoft Power Apps making recommendations for refinement
  • Draft agreements and amendments for IDNs, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers, that may include growth, performance, and NBI rebate structures
  • Execute complex rebate-driven contracting strategies aligned with commercial growth objectives and pricing matrixes
  • Maintain and enhance agreement templates, recommending updates to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Review and redline standard terms and conditions in collaboration with Learned Intermediaries, Legal, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Analyze contract and sales data to assess customer performance, ensure compliance, and recommend appropriate contracting strategies based on customer's historical trends
  • Partner with the Field Sales Organization (FSO) to resolve contract-related inquiries and advise on viable contracting pathways
  • Identify pre- and post-execution risks, escalate as appropriate, and drive cross-functional alignment to resolve complex contracting issues
  • Manage contracts throughout the full lifecycle, including intake, drafting, negotiation, execution, price implementation, compliance monitoring, and renewals, while maintaining accurate records and retention practices
  • Support RFI/RFP evaluations and coordinate cross-functional input and responses under leadership guidance
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve issues and address contractual matters
  • Analyze sales and contract data to inform recommendations for Sales, Marketing, and Management
  • Support audits and compliance reviews by providing required documentation and ensuring audit readiness
  • Prepare and validate weekly Contract Pricing Committee (CPC) submissions, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, Finance, HCC, and Legal as needed

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum four (4) years of business experience
  • Minimum three to five (3-5) years in contracting, finance, sales, marketing, or commercial operations
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to self-manage in a complex, timesensitive environment
  • Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written)
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong drive to understand products, strategies, and business objectives
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to present detailed data clearly and concisely

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
