Job Description About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Finance & Analytics Manager to serve as the strategic financial business partner for the Americas region. Reporting to the President of the Americas, this role supports a multi-brand consumer products portfolio across retail, ecommerce, and marketplace channels and partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting, and leadership.

What Success Looks Like
  • Deliver accurate, timely forecasts and clearly explain performance against budget, forecast, and prior year.
  • Provide leadership with forward-looking insights, risks, opportunities, and practical recommendations.
  • Improve visibility into profitability by retailer, brand, product, and channel.
  • Keep financial forecasts, commercial plans, and inventory strategy aligned across functions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Americas forecasting cycle, including latest estimates, annual budgeting, and long-range planning.
  • Build and maintain financial models for revenue, margin, operating expenses, and cash flow; deliver clear variance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly business reviews, management reports, and executive presentations for regional and global leadership.
  • Lead retailer, brand, product, pricing, trade spend, and promotional profitability analysis.
  • Support S&OP by aligning financial forecasts with demand, supply, inventory, service-level, and sell-through data.
  • Analyze ecommerce and marketplace performance, fees, payments, and channel profitability across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
  • Partner with global accounting through month-end close on accruals, purchase orders, deductions, claims, invoices, and reconciliations.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling to support product launches, retailer opportunities, and time-sensitive business decisions.

You'll own forecasting, planning, analytics, and reporting; translate operational performance into financial outcomes; and identify the risks and opportunities that affect sales, profitability, inventory, and cash flow.

Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial analytics.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including experience working with large, imperfect data sets.
  • Hands-on experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and an ERP system such as JDE, SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to senior leadership and non-finance audiences.
  • Consumer products, CPG, manufacturing, trade spend, retailer deductions, S&OP, or ecommerce finance experience preferred.
  • Experience with retailer POS data, BI/reporting tools, reporting automation, or AI tools preferred; MBA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.
