Experience in facilities with a minimum of 200 deliveries per month preferred.
Description:
This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery.
The nurse will oversee patient care for both neonates and adults.
The nurse will work with a patient ratio of 1:2 during shifts.
The facility is an acute care hospital with a total of 377 staffed beds.
Support services include physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy.
The nurse should be able to float between similar units as required.
Availability to accommodate block scheduling is subject to manager discretion.
The nurse must be prepared to work three of the five major holidays.
References covering the last year of experience are required.
All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state.
The position does not require on-call duties.
The facility offers free parking for staff.
