A high school diploma or GED is required, with an Associate's Degree in Social Services or a related field preferred to enhance your skill set. Having 2-3 years of experience with the Housing Choice Voucher program or other housing assistance programs is highly advantageous, helping you provide informed guidance to clients. Additionally, familiarity with working with the mental health population for one to two years will bolster your ability to empathize and connect with individuals facing various challenges.Proficiency in relevant software tools is essential to manage case files and track client progress efficiently.
