Job description

My client is a growing medical device company building implantable technology that changes the course of treatment for a serious, widespread condition. As electrical test engineer, you will execute and document the testing that proves these devices are safe and reliable, working hands-on with prototypes, fixtures, and lab equipment alongside a small, collaborative engineering team.

What you'll be doing

  • Execute electrical test procedures and document results across prototypes, pilot production, and returned devices under investigation
  • Develop and update electrical test procedures, forms, and reports
  • Design and prototype electrical test fixtures
  • Support product development engineers in designing, verifying, and validating automated electrical test systems
  • Assist with schematic capture, PCB layout, component sourcing, and board bring-up as needed
  • Procure, operate, and maintain engineering lab equipment
