City : Bellevue State : Ohio (US-OH) Country : United States (US) Requisition Number : 46308 A Day in the Life:Responsible for the safe and efficient supervision of day-to-day assignments of the Protein production operations department. Supporting the Operations Manager in monitoring and improving plant productivity.Hours: Rotating 12-hour shifts; holiday and weekend coverageWhat You?ll Be Doing:Cultivate a safety culture where unsafe acts are not tolerated and employees and management have a common goal of zero injuries.Oversee assigned department production shift activities (crush, refinery, milling, packaging, warehouse, boiler house, and/or elevator) to ensure operations are running at the highest levels of efficiency.Ensure assigned shift is compliant with sanitation requirements.
