WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE:

Our Ethanol Protein Operators work 12-hour monthly swing shifts with rotating day/night schedules.

You'll collaborate with your team to maintain the continuous operation of our ethanol plant, completing accurate work and keeping the production area clean. This role uses lab equipment and a computer-based control system to monitor process streams and make adjustments for maximizing operational efficiency. You'll run tests to measure the quality of the process, accurately enter your findings in our computerized log, and optimize areas as needed. Additional responsibilities may be required as assigned.
