Job description

Start your engineering career where your work makes a real impact. Our Grain & Protein Technologies team is looking for a Design Engineer who is curious, collaborative, and excited to learn how agricultural equipment is designed, tested, and used in the field.

You’ll support design work in SolidWorks, assist with project coordination, and join field visits to see how your work affects farmers and producers. If you’re motivated by solving problems, learning from experienced engineers, and contributing to meaningful products, this role is a great fit.

Your Experience and Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

·        2–5 years of experience in product development, R&D, or a hands-on engineering environment.

·        Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and follow-through.

·        Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and meet deadlines, including influencing cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.

·        Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in testing, analysis, and problem-solving.

·        Working knowledge of CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks); exposure to FEA/CFD is a plus.

Your Compensation and Benefits

Expected annual salary for this role will be $65k - $90k, plus gainshare bonus. This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.
