As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail and entertainment location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support guests and staff with professional customer service and clear communication. Using Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and innovative approach, you will work collaboratively, put people first, and act with integrity throughout each shift.

DayTime Fri 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM

Sat 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a high-traffic entertainment and retail location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of public areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain clear communication with Allied Universal leadership, site management, and local emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
