Job description

The Paint Protection Installer / Paint Correction Expert plays a crucial role in preserving and enhancing the appearance of a wide range of vehicles including passenger cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, and more. This position involves expertly applying paint protection materials such as vinyl wraps, ceramic coatings, and paint protection film (PPF) to safeguard vehicle surfaces. Working within a small specialized team as an individual contributor during standard business hours, this role demands high attention to detail and technical skill to ensure flawless application and finish.

Responsibilities

  • Install paint protection films, vinyl wraps, and ceramic coatings on various vehicle types
  • Perform paint correction to restore and enhance vehicle paint surfaces
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure flawless application and finish
  • Handle and manage materials and tools with care to maintain condition and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in automotive paint protection
  • Technical certificate in automotive detailing or related field
  • Proficiency in automotive paint protection and paint correction techniques
  • Skilled in operating detailing tools and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality results
