We are hiring immediately for a full time Front Of House Supervisor Lead position. Location: Prospect Studios - 4151 Prospect Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90027. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. Schedule subject to change. More details upon interview. Requirement: Previous shift lead or catering captain experience is required. Previous experience with ordering, invoicing, and serving is required. Pay Range: $28.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour.

Additional Job Duties:

• Respond to client communication by handling catering inquiries and confirming orders.
• Manage order and change updates by recording client requests and keeping all details current
• Maintain CaterTrax records by updating client information, inquiries, and order details
• Support billing processes by assisting with event billing and payment reconciliation
• Coordinate administrative tasks by processing ECOs, collaborating with Chefs, and supporting the Director of Catering.
