Job description

The Member & Viewer Services Associate position is a customer focused liaison that interacts and corresponds directly with viewers and supporters for PBS NC. The integral existence of this position functions to (1) assist, research, maintain, comprehend the various system structures, and apply them to assist with donors and supporters accurately and efficiently (2) serve as customer service representatives by interacting with contributors through communications primarily via phone, but also via email and mail as needed. This position is the primary liaison with our viewing and supporting community throughout North Carolina. Furthermore, this position's performance has short and long-range implications in PBS NC's ability to prospect, solicit and raise almost 15 million annually.

Strongknowledge of the inner workings within PBS NC and the usage of best practicescollectively with strong public relations and customer service skills topromote PBS NC are vital to this position.
