We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Dispositions Manager to join our Property Sellwise team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing the sale of our contracted properties — both assignment deals and fix-and-flip listings — by building and maintaining a strong buyer's network, negotiating favorable terms, and closing deals with speed and precision.

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Dispositions Manager to join our Property Sellwise team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing the sale of our contracted properties — both assignment deals and fix-and-flip listings — by building and maintaining a strong buyer's network, negotiating favorable terms, and closing deals with speed and precision.
This is a high-impact, relationship-driven position with significant earning potential through a competitive commission structure layered on top of a stable base salary.

- Build, grow, and manage an active database of qualified cash buyers, investors, and end-buyers
- Market wholesale and flip properties effectively across multiple channels (email blasts, MLS, social media, buyer calls)
- Negotiate and execute assignment contracts and purchase agreements in a timely manner
- Coordinate with acquisition, title, and transaction coordination teams to ensure smooth closings
- Track deal pipeline, follow up consistently, and meet or exceed monthly disposition targets
- Maintain and update CRM with buyer activity, deal status, and communications
- Provide market insight and pricing feedback to the acquisitions team
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in real estate dispositions, wholesaling, or investment sales strongly preferred
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills — comfortable on the phone and in person
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
- Familiarity with real estate contracts, assignment agreements, and title processes

- Base salary of $40K annually
