Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of one of our apartment properties.
This is a full time position, Monday - Friday.
Position Overview:
  • The Property Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the apartment community
  • Maintain knowledge of leasing policies and ensure prospective residents experience a smooth leasing process
  • Tenant relations
  • Coordinate maintenance requests
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the apartment complex
  • Oversee leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations
  • Support maintenance and office staff
  • Ensure property is maintained to high standards, including inspections and property appearance
  • Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Address resident concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in residential property management (apartment experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of leasing, Fair Housing laws, and property operations
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure the property operates smoothly and efficiently.
