Property management maintenance refers to the ongoing upkeep, repair, and management of residential or commercial properties to ensure they remain safe, functional, and attractive for tenants and owners. Maintenance tasks can include routine inspections, responding to repair requests, landscaping, HVAC servicing, plumbing, electrical work, and addressing emergencies. Property management maintenance is essential for preserving property value, preventing costly repairs, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Professional property management companies often employ or contract skilled maintenance personnel to handle these responsibilities efficiently.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a property management maintenance professional?
