RENOSY by Renters Warehouse is a technology-enabled property management service and platform focused primarily on single-family rental homes and small residential portfolios across the United States.


Originally known as Renters Warehouse, the company was rebranded in April 2026 after being acquired by GA Technologies.


Position Summary


The Property Manager Assistant is responsible for managing the leasing process for residential rental properties from initial marketing to listing. This position requires strong communication, organizational and customer service skills, along with the ability to effectively manage time.


The ideal candidate is professional, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced property management environment. The Property Manager Assistant will be expected to drive to many locations, while creating detailed reports on each property and what would require making them marketable.


Key Responsibilities


Property Marketing & Leasing


  • Market available rental properties through MLS, rental websites, and other approved advertising platforms.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and appealing property listings, including descriptions, photographs, availability dates, and property features.
  • Coordinate with property managers, maintenance personnel, inspectors, and other departments as needed to ensure properties are rent-ready.
  • Requires performing property inspections including but not limited to creating punch-lists, putting out signage, capturing neighborhood needs and taking photos
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations are followed.
  • Assist with other property management and leasing responsibilities as needed.
  • Assist with inspections and evictions


Qualifications


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties, prospects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team.
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems, MLS, property management software, and online marketing platforms preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required for this position.

Education and / or Experience


  • High School Diploma/GED and up to 3 years of experience in property management or a related field, with some leadership experience.
