A property inspector fulfills responsibilities relating to the review and inspection of properties, which may include anything from a private home to a commercial structure. In this career, it is your job to determine the structural integrity of the building. Your duties include completing evaluations on-site, ensuring the building is up to code, and collecting permit information, which you then document back at your office. Throughout your career, you must complete additional industry training regularly to stay updated on building code changes. About the Role

They are resourceful, comfortable working independently, and able to interact confidently and respectfully with tenants, vendors, and contractors. Most importantly, they are willing to jump in wherever needed, solve problems, and aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

This position is currently part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
