Job description

The Resident Property Inspector will be responsible for conducting routine residential property compliance inspections to identify possible damage and safety hazards. The position will effectively communicate with the residents of the property to relay inspection information and educate them on their responsibilities. The Residential Property Inspector will work with the property management team to facilitate repairs and improvements as needed and ensure the team is aligned. The position will assist in performing routine maintenance at residential properties as needed.SBD Housing Solutions believes that each position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the business and culture.
