Job description

As a Grounds Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the building exteriors and grounds of the apartment community are well-maintained and visually appealing. You'll play an essential role in creating a clean, pleasant environment for our residents by performing various Grounds Maintenance duties.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Remove trash and debris from property grounds regularly to ensure the grounds are visually appealing at all times
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the pools on property (we will train you on proper pool care if needed)
  • Maintain common areas by pressure washing exteriors and blowing leaves
  • Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly
  • Perform minor repairs to outdoor equipment and fixtures
  • Adhere to all safety standards and operational procedures

Requirements:
  • Previous grounds maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to a schedule
  • Ability to use a variety of equipment, such as blowers and pressure washers
