As a property controller, you review accounting data on a regular basis and produce reports to upper management on the current financial status of assets and investments. These reports are used to develop ways to make the company more productive and profitable. To become a property controller, you need to be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and have several years of experience in property accounting and management.
