Lawn & Snow Technician
Most landscaping jobs are built around the season. Work hard all summer, hope winter hours show up, repeat the cycle next year.
We built this role differently.
At Green Property Management (GPM), property maintenance is a year-round operation tied to the long-term health of the neighborhoods we serve. Our team maintains residential communities across West Michigan, and the quality of that work directly impacts the people who live there.
We are looking for someone who already knows how to run professional landscaping equipment or plow trucks and wants consistent work with a company that is growing. If you take pride in doing the job right and want stability instead of seasonal uncertainty, this role was built for that.
Values we stand for
We operate with a few core principles that guide how we work and how we treat clients and each other.
Ownership mindset: Treat every property and dollar as if it were your own.
Radical transparency: Honest communication and clear visibility into the health of every property.
Community first: We believe well-maintained properties contribute to stronger neighborhoods.
System over hustle: We improve the work by building better processes, not just working harder.
What you will do
You will be responsible for maintaining residential properties throughout the Grand Rapids area.
During the warmer months you will operate commercial landscaping equipment to maintain lawns and outdoor spaces to a high standard. This includes mowing, trimming, edging, and general property upkeep.
During the winter you will operate plow trucks and snow equipment to keep properties clear and safe. Snow events require reliability and responsiveness, and the team works together to make sure properties are handled quickly and professionally.
You will also document work using mobile apps for routing, reporting, and photo updates so property owners have clear visibility into what is happening at their properties.
This role is best suited for someone who already knows how to operate equipment, works well independently, and takes pride in doing clean, professional work.
What we look for
Proven capability: Verifiable experience operating plow trucks and professional landscaping equipment. On-call availability during winter storms.
The GPM standard: High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
Accountability: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
Physical ability: Able to lift 40+ pounds and work outdoors in all West Michigan weather conditions.
Tech capable: Comfortable using mobile apps for routing, reporting, and property photo updates.
Pay and benefits
Hourly pay between $20 and $27 depending on experience
  •  Year-round work operating lawn equipment and plow trucks
  •  Health insurance
  •  Dental insurance
  •  401(k)
  •  Company equipment provided

If you are looking for steady work, a team that takes pride in the finished product, and the chance to grow with a company that is expanding across the Grand Rapids area, we would like to hear from you.
