Are you a maintenance or appliance technician in NE Georgia who seeks professional growth?  Do you possess 5 years or more of mechanical experience from an appliance, propane, or installation/repair-related background and seek a stable, growth-oriented company in which to further your career path?  If so, BLOSSMAN GAS & APPLIANCE, INC. desires qualified applicants to apply for the position of Service Pak Specialist (annual maintenance provider) for our Gainesville, Cleveland, and Clayton GA markets. This is an excellent professional opportunity for someone desiring to apply their appliance or equipment maintenance backgrounds on a daily basis to a company that seeks to exceed customer expectations daily.

With more than 85 branch locations in 12 states, Blossman Gas is the largest independent propane company in America. Due to our company's culture, these positions experience little turnover for those who want to work locally and for an established company.
This position will focus primarily on fulfilling our annual maintenance agreements for our residential and commercial gas customers. This includes following specific protocol for cleaning, maintaining, and occasionally repairing gas comfort equipment such as water heaters, dryers, ranges/stoves, fireplaces, generators, and more, as well as making recommendations toward purchases of other gas appliances to support customer comfort and safety. This position can lead to new opportunities in time.
The position requires excellent people interaction skills, the ability to learn, a good work ethic, professional appearance, and regularly contributing to a team environment.  The ability to drive a company-provided vehicle to customer locations in the Gainesville, Cleveland, and Clayton, GA areas are needed.

A strong commitment to safety, consistent with company policy, is a must. Ongoing training is provided. Prior gas experience is helpful but not required.
A competitive salary will depend on prior experience. A comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/life/and vision insurance, PTO, 401(k) w/up to 4% company match, company vehicle usage, and achievable bonus opportunities are included.
If you live locally, possess some prior mechanical and/or appliance service experience, and have a good driving record then we encourage you to submit your application for consideration.
Due to the anticipated large number of responses to this ad only those with the necessary experience requirements may be contacted.
