Description
The Foreman will perform installation and maintenance of low-sloped roof systems and membranes. Candidate will be proficient in reading and following manufacturer installation and warranty conditional specs,  as well as operating within company outlined safety standards. Journeymen will creat client reports via tablet. Supports the Foreman with communication, training, and directing crew members as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain low-sloped roof systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, EPDM); 5+ years experience preferred.
  • Operate tools and equipment including Leister welder, hot air gun, and propane torch (preferred).
  • Follow job specs, warranties, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Create client reports via tablet and use technology for communication/receipts.
  • Support Foreman with communication, training, and directing crew members.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Prior roofing or related trade experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
  • Ability to operate handheld technology such as tablets and/or smartphones
