Job Description
The Advertising Assistant is responsible for creating efficiencies and overseeing the day-to-day business requirements related to the production of promotional signage. This individual will assist in the promotion, development, and implementation of marketing initiatives, programs, materials, and systems.
Responsibilities
  • Provide weekly report to the marketing team, including insights garnered from data analysis and campaign performance metrics.
  • Effectively communicate any changes or encounters to the team that would impact the timelines and outline any risks to timelines and/or budget and follow up on outstanding assets and information
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis/opportunity reviews to stay on top of best practices in advertising across the industry.
  • Review creative deliverables with teams to ensure creative is on-brand, integrated, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Participate in presale marketing activities for every relevant sale to maximize sale day activity
  • Support and contribute to a safe work environment by following all workplace policies, regulations, and initiatives, including reporting all first aid injuries, accidents, and workplace hazards.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in media, advertising, marketing or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an Advertising/Marketing retail environment
  • Understanding of basic advertising concepts and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be Polished, cheerful, and confident for client meetings, networking events.
  • Good decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Previous production execution experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite; adept to learning new applications
  • Proficient in the use of soft proofing tools
