About Trusted Talent

A Better Route for Travel Healthcare

Founded in Buffalo, NY in 2008, Trusted Talent has spent nearly two decades building a different kind of healthcare staffing company — one where travel nurses, allied professionals, and locum providers are treated like family, not file numbers. We are also the Official Healthcare Staffing Partner of the Buffalo Sabres, named to the 2025 SIA Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms list, the 2024 SIA Largest US Staffing Firms list, and recognized as a 2023 Inc. Best Workplace.

From day one, our mission has been simple: get every traveler the right assignment, the right pay, and the right support — fast. That's how we earned a 100% application response rate and a within-the-hour response time on Vivian. It's also why so many of our travelers come back assignment after assignment.
