The Mental Health Counselor will operate in a fully remote setting, affording flexibility while maintaining a connection with a collaborative team dedicated to mental health care. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as guided by clinical protocols to ensure optimal care delivery.
• Work cohesively with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.
