Job description

Promotional Coordinator

Fort Worth, TX | On-Site

Our client is seeking a Promotional Coordinator to oversee the company's promotional merchandise program, including management of an internal company store, branded inventory, vendor relationships, and promotional product distribution. This role combines elements of marketing coordination, graphic design, inventory management, and vendor management to ensure employees and stakeholders have access to high-quality branded materials.


The ideal candidate will have experience supporting promotional products or corporate branding initiatives, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating and updating promotional artwork. This person will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to develop new promotional items, maintain inventory levels, and support company branding efforts across multiple locations.
