Spectrum Promotional Products is hiring a Warehouse Assistant Manager to support daily operations and assist our Warehouse Manager. This is a hands-on role that helps keep our warehouse organized, efficient, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse operations and team workflow
- Pick, pack, and ship orders
- Receive and stock inventory
- Assist with inventory counts and organization
- Help train team members and keep projects on track
- Communicate with internal teams on order or inventory issues
Requirements
- 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to lift/move boxes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Leadership mindset and willingness to step in when needed
- Willing to work overtime if needed
