SUMMARY
As a Street Team Member, you will serve as a frontline ambassador for the Brooklyn Nets, representing the organization at community events, partner activations, and home games at Barclays Center. You'll help bring the Nets brand to life through direct fan engagement, promotion of upcoming games and initiatives, and execution of grassroots marketing campaigns across our borough.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Represent the Brooklyn Nets at a variety of events including local festivals, street fairs, basketball tournaments, community events, and home games at Barclays Center.
  • Promote ticket offers, merchandise, and team initiatives through engaging, in-person activations across Brooklyn.
  • Distribute promotional items and marketing collateral while interacting with fans and community members.
  • Support event setup and breakdown, ensuring a high-quality and professional fan experience at every touchpoint.
  • Collect fan data and feedback through surveys and digital forms in support of marketing and business development efforts.
  • Create a positive, high-energy atmosphere at all activations to elevate the Brooklyn Nets brand.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to execute strategic grassroots campaigns.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for fans regarding game schedules, ticket information, and team news.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and game days, including playoff and special events.
