Job description

Promenade Senior Living (PSL) provides assisted living housing and services to the residents of New York State. PSL has grown into a widely recognized and trusted brand in the assisted living marketplace by providing seniors with a consistent high-quality residential environment while meeting their personal care service requirements at an affordable cost. It is this dedication and resident-centered focus that has made PSL one of the most recognized and trusted names in each of the communities where PSL operates.

We are looking to hire an ambitious individual to serve as a Marketing / Admissions Director of Community Relations for our assisted living facility in Tuxedo NY serving Orange/ Rockland County NY area.

Responsibilities:

· Develop relationships with qualified referral sources (skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, independent living communities, home care agencies, rehabilitation clinics, doctors, social workers, discharge planners) and foster awareness within the regional community.

· Generate new leads and manage occupancy and sales goals.

· Follow up on all leads and update Matrixcare CRM system within a timely basis.

· Qualify leads by gathering pertinent information (Discovery) that will help in understanding the level of each potential resident’s willingness and readiness to move into the community.

· Showcase the Promenade community to potential residents by conducting tours and providing information for each prospect based on their unique circumstances and information from the Discovery process.

· Maintain and update the Promenade Customer Relationship Management database by recording detailed information and follow up activities with prospective residents and referral sources.

· Navigate the potential resident through the Promenade intake administrative and clinical processes including explaining contractual documents needed for a prospect to become a resident.

· Understand and explain financial and entitlement options for senior living candidates.

· Ensure that the community is ready to welcome new residents for their move-in date.

· Collaborate with other departmental leaders with respect to special events and related activities that pertain to marketing to the regional community.

· Effectively communicate and uphold corporate policies and procedures to residents, family members, employees and other third parties.

· Prepare and execute annual business plans to focus on strategic sales and marketing priorities, occupancy levels, and financial objectives.

· Provide timely reporting on sales and marketing efforts om CRM including detailed status of leads, move-in/out data, occupancy levels, and key performance indicators.

· Create an environment that prioritizes the care, well-being and dignity of daily living for each resident.

· Maintain a continuous collaboration with residents and family members that conveys the company’s utmost commitment to the care, well-being and quality of life of its residents.

Qualifications:

· Experience in assisted living or healthcare marketing /business development role

· Proven track record of closing qualified leads and generating key referral relationships

· Microsoft Office basic computer skills (ie Word/ Excel)

· Bachelor degree in related field from accredited academic institution

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to represent Promenade and its values to agencies, partnerships, and the community at large

· General Sales experience a plus
