About the role

As a Store Manager, you will lead the customer and associate experiences in your store. You are empowered to drive a profitable business by focusing on customer experience, operational performance, visual standards, and strong community engagement.   • 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)

  • Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills 

  • Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system

  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results

  • Action-oriented mindset with an ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines
