Your role in a nutshell

As part of our dedicated team of consultants you will offer advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy. You will get to learn the products, their origins and proactively engage with customers to experience a range that suits their preferences and lifestyle.

  • Learn and understand our products - they're packed with natural ingredients, many of which have been sourced ethically using Community Trade programmes , we're not just selling a skin care routine, we're also helping communities build a better life
  • Learn our customer's needs and recommend any of our 2,000 vegetarian/vegan products that will make them feel so good
  • Support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service
